AYDN Return & Exchange Policy

At AYDN, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange. Once your return has been received and approved, AYDN will ship your replacement item at no additional charge.

Store Credit

If you'd prefer not to exchange your item, we'll gladly issue store credit for the full value of your returned item. Store credit never expires.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item for store credit.

Refunds

As a growing brand, we currently offer store credit or exchanges for eligible returns instead of refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund when appropriate.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, stains, or any other signs of wear

• Be requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom products

• Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or shows signs of use
